Since I'm facing spinal surgery, he was really understanding and informative about my situation. I found the mattress I was looking for and got some good advice on picking a topper that fits my needs. Overall, it was a really good experience, and I can't wait for the mattress to arrive later this week.

We got top-notch service from the moment we picked out our new mattress until it was delivered. Anthony took an hour to go over the advantages and disadvantages of different brands on display and was super patient in helping us find a mattress that worked for my husband's health issues. A few weeks later, we got the promised call to set up delivery, and on the big day, two very polite and efficient delivery guys brought in the new mattress, took away the old one, and cleared all the packaging without a hitch. Thanks to Anthony's extensive knowledge, we're now sleeping way better.

I visited the bed factory in Ipswich looking for a mattress on the same day for an electric bed. The folks at the shop were incredible. I received a call just a few hours later letting me know the mattress was prepared and ready to pick up. I couldn't have wished for better assistance, and the mattress itself was top-notch. I definitely suggest checking out this store.

Super happy with the bed. We really wanted it in a dark color, and The Bed Factory made sure to meet that request. Although we haven't used it much yet, it feels cozy when we sit on it. All in all, we're thrilled with our experience and the salesperson who helped us out in the showroom.

This marks our second time buying from the Bed factory in Warrington. Each time, we've been super happy with the service.
For our first order, we got a custom headboard. We were a bit unsure it would meet our expectations, but when it arrived, it was exactly what we were looking for.
For the second order, we needed a comfy mattress with a built-in topper. We had a decent budget and a specific type in mind. The guidance we received was really helpful in picking the right one for us. From selecting our items to the communication with the delivery team, everything was top-notch.
The only thing we’d mention is that they didn’t wear overshoes. We like to keep our place tidy, so my partner offered them some. Unfortunately, one of the guys took the old mattress out with the overshoes on and came back in with the new one. Other than that, the service was fantastic, and we’d definitely recommend them.

I gotta say, the whole journey has been top-notch, from discovering a fantastic bed and mattress to picking out the finishes and the delivery process.

When I compare it to some furniture we got from Next, the delivery crew from Bed Factory was just awesome—totally different vibe from the grumpy Next delivery folks.

Before I stumbled upon the Bed Factory for our master bedroom, I ordered a bed from Dreams for my daughter, and it’s still MIA. They’re saying it’ll show up in September, and I’ve had to chase them down multiple times. Man, I really wish I had found the Bed Factory back then.

What really helped me was being able to actually lie down on the mattresses to find the perfect fit. The team offered plenty of solid advice that guided me in making the best choice. Doing this online would have been a real challenge.
